I can't-" Itachi cuts him off" You should have warned me." "I didn't know I was going to do it," he said sheepishly. "At least you didn't reject it," the alpha shrugs it off. Having a feeling the Omega could not reject it in the same way he could not. "That would have been a little bit of a problem,” Naruto laughs, trying to undercut the severity of that option, "I just wanted to tell the world I was in it for love… even if it wasn't really true. I know it's stupid." "It's not." Itachi says before teasing, "So your goal is to love me?" "I don't know… I didn't think that far ahead!" "It's not a bad goal." "If we can't love each other, can you promise we won't end up hating each other?" Naruto asks in the most sincere voice that took away any desire to keep teasing him. --- Not good at summary's or HTML It's a fun story about war and love and the damage that both of those things can do.
