Fics like Of all the what-ifs

"If our love was the peace, the calm in the eye of the storm—then our death is the chaos, the ending too hurriedly penned across the sheet." When the transfer of the six cultivations goes wrong, the doors of the armory open to the sight of the two bodies, entwined in death, hands wrapped together and fingers tightly interlocked until the bitter end. And what starts off as any other story, with the infamous phrase once upon a time, ends in a tragic twist, with both men dead and no happily-ever-after in sight. Fortunately enough, fate works in mysterious ways and Zhou Zishu is no exception. He ends up getting sent back in time, long before the schemes and death of Wen Kexing. Going back six years into the past, right before he inserts the first of seven nails. When his curse turns out to be a blessing in disguise—can Zishu carve a place for himself in the ruthless world of Jianghu? Can he salvage the remains of his clan and keep all 81 members of Siji Villa alive and well? Can he brave the dangers of Ghost Valley and once again weasel his way into his lovers heart? Or will this fairytale ending take yet another, dark turn?
