Fics like the sense of memory and desire

The shampoo Magnus gives him is the best thing Alec has ever smelled- sandalwood and honeysuckle and the frankincense they burned at every formal occasion. It's intimate and perfect and probably a little inappropriate for the High Warlock to give the Head of an Institute, even if they are friends. But Alec has always known how to take what he can get, so he thanks Magnus for the shampoo, and never asks for more than the friendship. Except, ever since he started using the shampoo, everyone around him is acting... strange. Touchy. Alec doesn't like touchy. He's probably just imagining it. It's just shampoo, right? What else could it be? (It is not shampoo.)
