Fics like in heavenly green (he flies)

“What’s the point,” Jaemin mutters, “if I don’t give my all to protect all people? Not just those in our lives here. I have to help the people from the place, all the places, like where I came from too. We can’t discriminate against lives.” Jeno knows that with all of his heart. He believes that vision himself. But recently, he’s felt the shame of knowing, of discovering— Perhaps there’s something else he longs to protect more than humanity itself. Or: In a distant time and not too distance space, fighter pilot Jeno struggles with his childhood friend and fellow pilot growing increasingly reckless in battle. And in this, grapples with his changing emotions and the moral dilemma of who he values most.
