Fics like Dirty Stop-Out

Set pre-season 6 (just) and then follows the episodes, weaving in and out of canon, following Kate and Jo's relationship. The break in the Vella case arrives just as Kate and Jo are enjoying drinks together.... I love picking up on little things that we see and build on them... Like the first time we see Jo, why does she arrive at the Hill in a police car? Where was she when she got the call about the break in the case? Had she been drinking and so couldn't drive herself? Why was Farida so jealous of her and Kate? Why does she call Kate a dirty stop-out and why does Kate respond with 'glass houses'? Why does Jo over-pronounce Turner in that meeting?...all things for me to play around with! Hope you enjoy my little references to the episodes and my added scenes :)
