Fics like Spider's Family: A Work in Progress

Peter isn't a hero. A week after the spider bite, Uncle Ben was shot — and Aunt May had a heart attack just a year later. For a year, Peter was homeless. Then, Sir found him, took him in, and now Peter is the bodyguard to the top arms dealer in New York, and, soon, the world. Every day, they strike terror into the neighborhoods. Every day, Peter strays further and further from the hope of good, and more towards the closing line of evil. Tony Stark steps in, at the behest of S.H.I.E.L.D., and goes undercover as Eddie, an inventor wanting to work under Sir. In reality, Tony’s trying to destroy Sir’s entire shtick. First, the billionaire will have to earn the spiderboy's trust, and the two will form a bond only broken by those who formed it. And nothing, absolutely nothing, will go to plan.
