Fics like Never Meet Your Heroes

After Hawk Moth is defeated, Lila Rossi spins one last tale to convince the Dupain-Chengs of their daughter's misdeeds. Upset that the girl they raised was no longer someone they recognized, Tom and Sabine send Marinette away to the biological father she didn't know she even had for 'rehabilitation'. Marinette hoped that maybe her new family would look past the pretty tales told by Lila, but she lands in Gotham and is disappointed. Especially once she realizes that the Waynes aren't all they seem. You know what they say, right? Never meet your heroes. When the former Chat Noir is kidnapped and the Justice League calls for the Guardian of the Miraculous, Ladybug and Multimouse team up with the Bats to rescue him and the Bats realize that maybe there was more to their newest family member than they thought.
