Fics like Give it Some Zazz

Josette Saltzman has never been one for attention, but for some reason when she sees the opportunity to be in her school musical she takes it. Unfortunately, she ends up getting cast to play the love interest to Hope Mikaelson, a girl who seems to hate her for no particular reason. They have to figure out how to handle the growing tension between them while playing the romantic leads in their school's production of, "The Prom". Yet, even when the anger does settle down it seems like everything is stopping them from being together. Will they be able to handle both the internal and external challenges stopping them from being happy, or will they accept that they can never be with the one they want?
