Fics like Love, Is it Persona or I?

"When the final scene of the series was shot, Zi Hong felt as if he were waking from a long dream. Except that he wasn’t fully awake. Parts of the dream clinged on to him, like the small rush of affection that fills Gao Shi De at the sight of Zhou Shu Yi, the memories of laughing with the cast in between sets, the voice of the director giving them guidance, and Yu’s eyes. He reasoned it was a natural side effect of being immersed in his role for so long and enjoying the project, he had embodied Gao Shi De throughout the filming. It wouldn’t particularly hurt to remain as Gao Shi De for a while, with the existence of fanservice culture in the BL film industry, he could get away with being a little in character. He would give himself some time to return." When Zi Hong believed his attachment to Gao Shi De will eventually fade like his previous projects, but months later he finds himself still wrapped around Gao Shi De's thoughts and feelings. To make things worse, a major part of those thoughts and feelings were directed towards his co-star, Yang Yu Teng. Did he really fall in love with Yang Yu Teng, or is he projecting the desire for Zhou Shu Yi on his partner?
