No one wants to spend their summer in community service. Unfortunately for Hyunjin, Jeongin, Jisung, Seungmin and Felix, they have no choice: the five of them are all stuck on this Community Payback scheme whether they like it or not. (Spoiler alert: they don't.) Community service is bad enough to deal with on its own, but to get caught in a freak electrical storm and develop shitty superpowers on top of that? This has got to be someone's idea of a joke. Oh, and their probation worker wants to kill them. Go figure.
