The empire liked trading overseas with other nations. Because it was the main trade route for the Empire it was heavily protected even more so than Givoria. Trying to take it head-on would be dumb, the city is protected by golems, well-trained soldiers, Towers that could shoot thousands of fireballs, and surrounded by 7 layers of walls. Each wall is reinforced by a magic crystal protected by powerful guardians. So, she tasks Halio with assembling a specialized team to infiltrate the city.
