In 1966, a dictatorship took control over the state of Nevada. 50 years later, its people fight for survival, or die at the hands of the agency's soldiers trying. When one of those soldiers is brought into the rebel faction that Sanford belongs to, calling himself Deimos and claiming to want to join their ranks, Sanford does his best to not get attached, knowing that the new recruit could stab him in the back whenever he wanted if he did. Spoiler alert: He gets attached, and everything goes downhill from there.
