Fics like The Steps We Took

Before they were Purity and Reticence, they were common soldiers. Before they were soldiers, they were apprentices of well-known masters. And a long time before that, they were a little girl from a village in the middle of nowhere and the best friend of her older sister. This is first and foremost a backstory for Derieri and Monspeet; and my take on their relationship from their childhood to being Commandments. It's set in the era of the Holy War, but I will cover some events of the original Seven Deadly Sins manga much later in the story.
