Fics like Blood on the Tongue

Fifteen years after the conclusion of a bloody human-faunus conflict that turned into a war between the living and the undead, Clover Ebi and his team are sent into Vale to help take down a steady stream of vampires that seem to be filling Vale’s forests. Upon arrival, the team discovers that most leeches seem to be starving, except for one very old, very powerful vampire whose eyes never darken past a pale pink. Only problem is, that vampire has decided that Clover is…interesting.
