Fics like Abandoned

When Magnus is left holding the tattered remains of his heart in a bookshop, he has nothing left to lose. So when his father appears and offers him a deal - the return of his magic, for a century in Edom? He takes it and runs from everything that hurts. A century later, he returns, and can't help himself from asking about what happened to Alec. He's shocked to learn that Alec came after him, came to Edom, because he'd never seen, or even felt him there. Which meant... Which meant his father had hidden Alec from him, and Magnus cannot, and will not abandon Alec to that place. No matter how they ended.
