Fics like The Idol Hero: Songstress

"Even in enlightened cultures, there are people who fall through the cracks of society. The people around them may not accept the ideas of the majority, or may have ideals of their own. This situation creates people who should have been helped, but weren't. I was one of the lucky ones. Someone gave me the help I needed when I was at my lowest point. So now, I will shine brightly into the dark corners where people like me dwell, just so they know that there is someone to help. There is hope. That is why I will be an idol and a hero, to save those who need it most." Midoriya Izuku had a quirk, one activated by singing. But due to small-minded people, "he" was beaten down and left ignorant of how things should be until it was almost too late. Now watch as ze takes a "useless" quirk and uses it not only to help others, but to find hirself. Inspired by Canary by Cloud Nine and Three Quarters, but with a different twist on the quirk. Chapter 1-10 Arc 1: Origins in dispair Chapter 11-17 Arc 2: Learning to Move Forward Chapter 18-26 Arc 3: Upon the Path to Stardom Chapter 27-37 Arc 4: Debut Into the Unknown Chapter 38-44 Arc 5: Time to be a Star
