Fics like Newport

Wanted. People and Culture Director at fifth-generation, family-owned seaside hotel, Newport, Oregon. At The Oceanview Hotel, we don’t manage humans as resources; we empower employees and champion our culture. To achieve our goals, we need you. A professional; passionate about improving the lives of coworkers, guests, owners, and communities. Together, we will make that happen. On a whim, Human Resource Consultant, Jensen Ackles, needing a change, accepts the position as HR Manager at a small Oregon hotel. With a confidence bordering on conceit, Jensen thinks he’s headed for a few years of easy, small-town life and a stress-free work environment. What he gets is a controlling matriarch who refuses to cooperate and her asshole, beach bum son, who is a little too attractive for Jensen’s peace of mind. And, of course, then there’s her.
