Fics like The Arching Road

Arthur is settling in as King, while The Mage keeps an eye on things from a distance. When he asks her for a favor, it will make the future even more uncertain. This story starts out and builds on movie and historical canon but will eventually venture into AU (because the Mage is not Guinevere). Also, Merlin is played by John Cleese, because seriously I think he'd make an amazing Merlin.
