Fics like Winter Warmth

“So, mom...” Jimin starts, not really sure how to tell his mother that it turns out she wouldn’t be meeting his boyfriend today, like he promised. Because they broke up. Because Jimin caught the motherfucker cheating on him. Fucking Dojun. “Yes, dear?” She asks, a sweet smile on her face, and Jimin takes a deep breath, gathering strength to just spit it out. But before he can do it, she asks, “Oh, is that your boyfriend?” Jimin looks at his mom with quirked eyebrows, before following her line of sight to the handsome man just entering the restaurant. Jeongguk, his dog-sitter. Fuck, with everything that happened he forgot he told him to come by so he could give him his house key. Jimin’s about to clear up the misunderstanding when, instead, faced with the wide proud smile on his mom face, the word that ends up leaving his lips is, “yes.” OR One winter break, Jimin finds in Jeongguk something he didn't even know he was looking for.
