Ursa makes a decision. Her children aren't going to be raised anywhere near that monster. Or: Ursa recognises Ozai is abusive and gets her babies the hell out of there. Azula ends up a Kyoshi Warrior, and Zuko becomes part of the Southern Water Tribe.
