Fics like Tales of a Prince in Foreign Lands

“Spring in the 2nd month of the 325th year of Pars, Daryun the First rides towards the East and conquers Badakhshan. Shah Andragoras the Third of Badakhshan is defeated and captured alive. Prince Arslan of Badakhshan is captured during the siege of Kishim. Badakhshan with its lands is added to Pars’ territories as the Province of Badakhshan. Spring in the 4th month of the 325th year of Pars, Prince Arslan enters the household of the shah of Pars as a first-rank harci as a sign of goodwill and collaboration between Badakhshan and Pars.” Arranged Marriage AU in which Arslan is the prince of Badakhshan, a country conquered by Daryun, shah of Pars. To stop further bloodshed, Arslan agrees to marry the shah... as his concubine. There it starts his journey away from home, and, as if adjusting to his new role wasn’t enough, things aren’t as simple as they seem in Ecbatana.
