Fics like Post-war baby!

Wei Wuxian has been staying in Cloud Recesses with Lan Wangji since the end of the war with Qishan Wen, studying how to safely destroy the Yin Iron together by day, and carrying on a secret (not-so-secret) love affair by night. His world comes crashing to halt one morning when Lan Qiren hauls him off to the medical pavilion, only to discover he has fallen pregnant with Lan Wangji's child. Canon divergent fix-it fic! (also Mpreg, I guess) - French translation now available! -
