Whilst everybody is on edge for the safety of their king and prince, nobody stops to consider that assassination attempts against their royalty might not be the only threats to the safety of Insomnia - or the most dangerous. It doesn't help that Ignis is too busy trying to ensure the success of the talks to notice something is wrong. Or that one time Noctis isn't the target.
