Fics like The Hero of The Sands

After a deep evil threatens Hyrule, the Royal Family becomes desperate in its impotency and looks for aid wherever it can be found. They are saved by the Mage Vaati, who appeared out of nowhere, unbeknownst to Hyrule one of their old enemies whose seal has been broken and whose name lost over the ages. In return for help and vastly popular amongst many Hylians, Vaati seizes Hyrule for himself and rules it as a god-king, bringing war to the other races with the Hylian people under his yoke. However, gifted with prophecy, he foresees his own demise at the hands of a Hylian child born close to his victory. Furious and terrified, he uses his power to form a tyranny and slay every appropriately aged and newly born baby in the land. A few escape. The Crown Princess, daughter of the now petrified King, smuggled to safety by her preordained Sheikah guard. A sea-merchant's baby twins, secure on a boat to the South. The Hylian ambassador to the Rito's son. A scattering of others perhaps. And a mystery child, blue eyed, blond of hair, who is saved from his mother's corpse by Hyrule's fiercest rivals and the People of the Royal Family's oldest enemy. The Gerudo
