Fics like And He's Still Left with His Hands

Hand-kissing is a gesture indicating courtesy, politeness, respect, admiration or even devotion by one person toward another. A person should only kiss the hand of someone who’s of the same social status or higher. “A man takes his sadness down to the river and throws it in the river but then he’s still left with the river. A man takes his sadness and throws it away but then he’s still left with his hands.” Based on this post I made on tumblr.
