Fics like we are fortune's favorites.

Yes, yes, Tsurumaru Kuninaga was aware that it was customary for those who leave on their kiwame journey to send three letters back to their master over the course of their adventure. That’s why it would certainly make for a far greater surprise if Mikazuki Munechika were to find himself the recipient of a letter instead! How could it be anything short of a stroke of genius? in which it always seems like great fun to be a Sanjou, the Date swords know nothing of the art of letter writing, and Mikazuki is very good at a game he doesn’t know he’s playing while Tsurumaru knows all the rules yet still finds himself losing. (It’s alright. All he bet was his heart.)
