Fics like But I'm a Penguin

From the first day he joins the Octonauts--a team of highly trained shifters tasked to Explore, Rescue, and Protect the creatures in the world's oceans--Peso finds himself falling for both the Captain and the first mate. But he's a penguin, one of the most monogamous of species, and surely those two powerful men want nothing to do with a small, timid medic like him... A.k.a. Octonauts, but more serious, and with shifters, and a love triangle.
