Fics like fightin' for my trust (and you won't back down)

It's not easy to be the parent of a teenager. It's definitely not easy to be the parent of a teenage superhero. It would probably be at least slightly easier, however, if Jefferson Davis actually knew that he was the parent of a teenage superhero. A post-canon Spider-Verse fic in which Jefferson and Miles determinedly fumble their way through a loving father-son relationship, despite recent family losses and ongoing daily struggles. Jefferson Davis just wants his son to be okay.
