Fics like The Giant of Wall Maria

A giant walks unnoticed inside the outermost ring, Wall Maria, hidden by the trees of a wide forest. He has grown curious over the years, wandering the various groves to explore and learn about the world around him, but he has kept his pace steady, easing himself into unfamiliar environments to prevent getting lost. Over the years, the giant grew bored, yearning for... something. Something he didn't know of yet, but he definitely wanted it. Of course, one fateful day when he treks a bit further than usual, he stumbles upon that something. A family's quaint little cottage is nearby where they breed horses. A man, a woman, and two children live relatively boring lives until the woman, Mary, hears a rumbling in the distance and opens their front door only to see humanity's worst nightmare as it squats down to look quizzically at their house. In a world saturated with fear, an unlikely friendship forms between a small rural family and the world's friendliest giant.
