Fics like The Chef Who Wanted to Learn French

Tanaka Akari, a nineteen-year-old waitress from Nagoya, is struggling to find her way in the world. Moving to Paris under the pretence of it being the ‘city of love’, she soon realises that it’s more than that: above all, it’s the city of stress. Her French is barely passable, and given that she lacks confidence in herself, she is unable to improve. So, when she finds the Conversational French 101 class being advertised on a poster outside her workplace, she doesn’t hesitate to sign herself up. However, she doesn’t just learn how to speak conversational French in this class. With the help of a bubbly chef named Souma, whose French becomes near-fluent only when speaking about the love of his life, she learns just what true love is meant to look like. [in other words: an outsider's perspective of Shinomiya and Yukihira's relationship]
