Fics like Spots and Stripes

“Do you have everything you need for them?” Namjoon, your best friend who lives a few floors up from your ground floor apartment, asks as he watches you nervously pave back and forth in your living room. He grins as he knows you are beyond nervous, a war waging on our mind as you overthink everything way too much. “Their beds are set up in the guest room, I bought some clothes each, I have video games, and my pantry is full.” You nod as you grip the sides of your head, thinking about everything you’ve done to prepare for the arrival of your exotic hybrids this week to their new home: your house. Today was the day you go nab officially and make sure they are comfortable here in your apartment. The few days since you initially met them and passed the background check, as well as the house inspection, was agony. But since last night you felt like you couldn’t sleep. Your brain was working into overdrive about the new boys that would be coming to live with you forever.
