He feels hurt, most of all, but he also feels rage. A blinding rage that consumes him. Eddie is his best friend, and it’s okay if they can never be more, but he’ll be damned if he lets him slip between his fingers like he’d let his last best friend all those years ago. Buck has been back to work for over a week, and while things are good with the team, he and Eddie still haven’t spoken. After a rough day throws things into perspective for Buck, he confronts his best friend. What he finds is that he’s not the only one who’s been hurting.
