Fics like We (Too) Shall Rest and Be Made New

In the aftermath of a case that nearly claims Luo Fei, Benjamin must deal with the guilt he feels for the injuries Luo Fei sustained. The criminal, who was put away on Ben’s testimony, escaped. Luo Fei, self-sacrificing, noble fool, was the bait. He survives, thanks to Benjamin. Qin Xiaoman leaves Shanghai and her loves for a week to celebrate Lunar New Year with her aunt and insists the men sort out their issues before she returns. A treat for geckoholic (I tried to get this written in time for the actual LNY, but hey, the holiday was extended, and I found myself with extra time on my hands because of it, so...better late than never. I hope you like it!)
