Fics like I’ve Been the Archer (I’ve Been the Prey)

Tommy looks down. “I still made my own choices,” he says. “They were just… evil ones.” “And now I give you a new one,” Zordon says. “Fight by the rules of my Rangers and defeat Rita or take this chance to return to a normal life.” A normal life? Impossible. “I’m ready,” Tommy says. “To stop Rita and protect Earth.” Zordon nods. “Then I welcome you,” he says. “Tommy Oliver, Green Ranger of Earth.” Zordon chose different Rangers, and they fell. But the universe has a way of bringing teams together. Sometimes in the worst possible ways. (Or: in which everyone suffers, and some people die.)
