Fics like Trolley is a TARDIS: an Oral Not!Fic

The children's television show Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, a spinoff of Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, features a sentient Trolley. This recording is a conversation where we start with the premise that Trolley is a TARDIS—a time ship from Doctor Who canon—and then figure out together how that would work and what it would mean. It ends up working bizarrely well, and possibly saving the world? (Background info is explained throughout, and some clips from both canons are embedded, so detailed canon knowledge is not required.)
