Fics like By the Oak Tree

This retelling of Robin Hood begins with Maerinn (Maid Marian) at home in Ireland just before Vikings raid her home and she is carried off to England as a slave. Has some elements from the BBC TV show as well as some elements from Last Kingdom but is more meant to be a retelling of the original legend.
