Fics like Death and Magic Are Both Hard Concepts to Swallow

Many things hide in the shadows. Shadow Magic is no different except it choses what it wants to hide. Hiding it's magic users from other magic users, easy, when they don't run into each other. Hiding the fact that it tried to stop the death of one of it's few users? No can do. Shadows and death are both powerful and neutral forces, good and evil don't mean anything to them. So when an attack that should end in a death doesn't, the Judgement Bureau gets involved. ... And then others when they find out. Others that aren't neutral. The Shadows will protect it's users and those their users deem in need of it's protection. Death will protect those not yet meant to die. Those that seek power will take whatever they can find. *So, I changed the summary but I think I'm keeping the title, it's grown on me.*
