Fics like the still point of the turning world

Two months after the events in Hiden, Mikazuki returns by Aruji’s will, without his memories of anything that happened, in the midst of a Citadel still reeling from his betrayal— and Yamanbagiri struggles to reconcile this Mikazuki with the one he knew. In the middle of it all, the natural course of history is being disrupted— but not by the Retrograde Army. Yamanbagiri sets out to find the truth, one that brings him right back to the moment he wants to forget. “Only through time time is conquered.” — T.S. Eliot
