Fics like wear me down with the softest words

So Bruce likes praise, it's not a big deal. His work in the shadows is thankless at best, so what's wrong with relishing some hard earned praise? Everyone likes praise, it feels good. Except when it feels too good. So Bruce likes praise a lot, not more than justice, not more than his city, his family, his friends; just a lot. So yeah, maybe Bruce has a praise kink, so what?
