Fics like Knit us Together

John takes up a hobby to regain the lost dexterity in his dominant hand. He starts a project that gets a little out of hand, as these things are wont to do, but ends up as the perfect birthday gift. Inspired by a prompt based on an article about a woman who crocheted an anatomically correct life-size skeleton, with the request that John makes one for Sherlock and the detective loves it. Background Mystrade if you wear those goggles, none if you don't.
