Fics like Ghosts

Months have passed since Christine last saw the phantom. She knows he died in the mob, and the opera house will soon be pulled down by her husband, Raoul. So why isn't she at peace? Why doesn't she sing anymore? And why, when she looks at her face in the mirror, is he still there, inside? Christine can't shake her ghost. She journeys back underground to kill it. (Because 'music of the night' and 'strange duets' are clearly metaphors for sex. Let's get real here.) (Because who didn't need a moment alone after watching 2004's Point of No Return?) (No Love Never Dies included 'cos I heard it was naff.) Podfic now available in the series.
