Fics like a sky full of stars

yoongi almost stumbles into someone’s back, staring as his string goes upward, suddenly, and he follows it with his eyes as he looks up up up and sees—a hoop suspended in mid air, high above the crowd, and a boy hanging from it by nothing but his feet. yoongi stops breathing as he watches, the boy swinging back and forth before he swings right off of the hoop, and the crowd gasps, and he swings a hand out instead, catching himself before he plummets to the ground below. he’s an acrobat. yoongi’s red string is attached to the acrobat. (or: yoongi goes to the magical circus, meets his soulmate, and learns that sometimes, home isn't a place at all.)
