Fics like brilliance

He doesn’t know what this boy looks like to other people; he’s never asked. Too nervous, maybe, or too jealous. How awful, to think you have something precious all to yourself, only to find out that it belongs to everyone else as well. Because Jungkook glows, is the thing. Not obviously and not obnoxiously, and Yoongi isn’t even sure when it started, only that it feels like it was there the whole time. It’s worse - better? - when they’re on stage and fucking incandescent when they’re alone together, whether they’re sitting quietly or tangled and panting. Right now, it’s like looking into the sun. Yoongi thinks that if he keeps staring, he’s going to burn his damn retinas out.
