Fics like Forget the mess I'm in

There’s an old cliche that starts with everything happening too quickly to process, and ends with an inching slowness that steals all your hope right from under your fingers. Mikey was not a big fan of cliches, he liked to think he was more of an out of the box kinda guy. Liked everything fast paced and wild and careening around corners with a whole lot of razzmatazz. Then again, there were no more original ideas, as they say. Or, the one where Mikey gets trapped in a bad guy foiling gone awry, and everyone worries.
