Fics like When the World Gives You a Raw Deal

Peter's alternated between ramen and peanut butter sandwiches for the past week. He only really eats healthy in the Tower when he's there a few times a week, and otherwise, he and May just don't have the time or energy that robust, fancy meals require. To say he's overwhelmed is an understatement. He feels like fight or flight is starting to set in. (Food insecurity rears its ugly head for Peter when he's at a stupidly fancy dinner with the Avengers; he tries to hide it, but he doesn't really do a good job, especially with his surrogate dad watching him like a hawk...eye.)
