Fics like And I Will Be With You

For this prompt by Dayzor from the Imagine Tony and Bucky comm on Tumblr: "Oh yay! Super excited!! I've been sitting on a couple prompts haha Imagine a Sentinel/Guide AU- Tony is a guide, something kept from the public as Howard always saw it as weak. Bucky is a sentinel, and HYDRA made a point to never send the Winter Soldier after any guides to avoid natural instincts breaking through their programming. They send him after Tony, not knowing better." The Winter Soldier had never had a Guide. They told him that he must not approach or engage a Guide. They didn't explain why, but he knew better than to ask. He was the Winter Soldier, Sentinel and weapon. The only things he needed to know were what they told him. And two days ago, they'd told him to kill Tony Stark.
