Fics like Water Flows [Book 2 of Avatar: the Last Dragon]

Fire. Water. Earth. Air. Only the eldest of the shugenja of fire still speak of the old days: a time of peace when the Avatar kept balance between the Water-Tribes, Earth-Kingdom, Fire-Nation and Air-Nomads. But that all changed when the Fire-Nation attacked. Only the Avatar mastered all four elements; only he could stand before the might of the Akodo’s Legions. But when the time came for battle, he vanished. Over one-hundred years have passed, and the Fire-Nation is nearing victory in the war. Five years ago, my father banished me from his sight for disrespect, leaving me and my honored uncle to search for a myth. Some people believe that the Avatar was never reborn into the Air-Nomads and that the cycle is broken, but I haven't lost hope. I still believe that, somehow, I will capture the Avatar and restore my HONOR. Join us in the telling of a tale you know and love, with a twist! Series re-write. Fusion AU! (with L5R) Sequel to “Fire Burns.” Updates Weekends. Rated M for graphic violence and language.
