Fics like And the Beat Goes On - (The Whispers)

So they have just won the Olympics, and in a dark dressing room as far away from home as they could possibly be and unbeknownst to everyone who is out there waiting to celebrate them, they make out for the first time, they make out fiercely for every time either wanted to but didn't dare, they make out softly for every time they almost could have done but didn't. So there it begins, for one everything becomes clear in just one kiss, for the other, embracing feelings and taking that plunge is one of the scariest things to do. (Yes it's a slow burn, with as much adult content as I can get in without it being gratuitous, also it’s just me trying to connect the dots...)
