Fics like marriage sure does have a nice ring to it

Jimin’s on the verge of tears as Taehyung stands in the middle of their shared apartment; they’ve been looking for two hours now with no result. He whimpers as he plops onto the sofa, trying to keep his tears at bay. He can’t believe he lost the fucking ring. “It’s okay, Jiminnie,” Taehyung whispers, collecting Jimin into a half-embrace. “It was going to be perfect, Taetae,” Jimin cries, hands shaking as he imagines the ring on his finger. The ring on Jungkook’s finger. “I spent four years saving up for it—and I can’t believe I lost it just like…that.” or jimin loses the ring he's going to propose with five hours before the actual proposal, only to find it in the most unlikely of places.
