Fics like The Birds. In New York

From this prompt on the WM Kinkmeme 2: Post-Keene, Ror basically gives Dan the cold shoulder for like 15 years. And then it happens - Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds. In New York. Madness reigns, people getting pecked to death by armies of pigeons, Canadian geese beating up children and old people--what's the city's last vigilante to do?... Rorschach has only one person to turn to; the fat, whimpering liberal who also happens to be a brilliant fucking ornithologist.
